Description
When I visited St. Augustine, I thought a lot about time. St. Augustine is the oldest city in the United States. We toured the old fort there that has stood for over 300 years. Though, in such an old place, so much of it is new. New things are deposited on the coastline every day, where they wait to be either found or, more often, crushed into the aggregate of shell fragments below. There it waits to become old like everything else around it.
**About Print Materials**
Fine Art Photo Paper – This is what you normally think of when you think of a print. It’s printed on high quality photo paper and will look fantastic in your custom frame. I recommend using a frame with a matte.
Metal – If you don’t want to bother with a frame, this is a great print medium option! The photo is printed on aluminum, bleeds all the way to the edge of the material, and comes with wall mounting hardware already installed.
Acrylic – Similar to the metal prints, acrylic prints don’t need a frame. Instead of aluminum, though, these are printed on acrylic, which gives an interesting illusion of depth to the print.
Image Block – Another frameless option, image blocks are printed on 1 inch thick blocks with a wrap-around edge. This option also comes with wall hanging hardware pre-installed.
Canvas – Canvas is a classic way to display fine art prints. Images are printed on linen canvas, have wrap-around edges and include hanging hardware pre-installed.
